Sydney Summers, is a passionate 27-year-old yoga sculpt instructor, who currently calls Manhattan Beach, California home. Her journey into the world of yoga began in 2017 while she was studying at The University of Kansas, just 40 minutes from her hometown of Kansas City. Since then, Sydney has dedicated herself to the practice of yoga, continuously refining her skills and deepening her understanding of yoga's transformative power. Sydney's commitment to holistic well-being shines through in her yoga sessions, where she artfully integrates mindfulness and relaxation techniques, creating a motivating and safe environment that radiates positive energy.
