BETHESDA, MARYLAND (January 11, 2024) – Curator Hotel & Resort Collection (“Curator”), a distinct collection of independent hotels and resorts, today announced the addition of four new members to its growing portfolio of properties from The Neighborhood Hotel located in Little Italy, Chicago; Lincoln Park, Chicago; New Buffalo, Southwest Michigan; and Grand Beach, Southwest Michigan.
This expansion marks Curator's debut in the Chicago metropolitan area, introducing guests to extraordinary experiences in the vibrant neighborhoods of Little Italy and Lincoln Park. In Michigan, The Neighborhood Hotel's New Buffalo and Grand Beach locations join the iconic Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, further enhancing Curator's presence in the region.

The Neighborhood Hotel (Illinois and Michigan) – The Neighborhood Hotel (as recently highlighted in Forbes and Architectural Digest) features four distinct properties across Illinois and Southwest Michigan (75 quick miles from Chicago), all transformed into apartment-style hotels that are perfect for short and long term stays. Each location features a fresh and fun atmosphere that supports all travelers, from the homebody to the adventurer to a larger group of friends, colleagues, or family. The four properties added to Curator include:
● The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park (Chicago): The Neighborhood Hotel Lincoln Park features fourteen spacious suites (ranging from one to three bedrooms plus a separate coach house unit) equipped with full kitchens, in-unit laundry, ample closet/dresser storage, Moccamaster coffee machines with local grounds and premium towels/linens. This hotel is ideal for both short and extended stays.
